After completing his training at the Okinawa Prefectural Craft Promotion Center, Masaki Asato established his workshop in Naha in 2014. While contributing to the restoration of Shuri Castle’s lacquerwork, he crafts wooden vessels designed to age gracefully alongside a family, becoming a lasting part of daily life.

After training for seven years under Master Masao Toubaru at Okuhara Glass, Hiraiwa established her studio in Ome. She creates warm, tactile glassware using recycled sake bottles.
